Bridging the urban-rural digital divide in the Caribbean

POULSAT Caribbean office is narrowing Information Communication Technology gaps by spreading the technological advances in satellite solutions to more rural areas and giving access to communication to the greater numbers of ordinary people.  Increasing connectivity will have a clear impact on bridging the urban-rural poverty gap.
