POULSAT is deploying its “POULSAT Connected Box” satellite solution in Niger as part of the World Bank’s LIRE project. The project aims to connect schools in the country to help the Nigerien government improve access to education, the quality of teaching and the learning environment, and to strengthen education planning and management in Niger. This project is rendered possible thanks to our partnership with Starlink. will extend to several countries.

CCONNECTED SCHOOLS

POULSAT’s subsidiary, LIPTAKONNECT, has been appointed the official Starlink Reseller for Niger, expanding access to high‑speed satellite connectivity across the country. LIPTAKONNECT is currently deploying the POULSAT Connected Box in schools nationwide, delivering reliable broadband to classrooms that previously had no connectivity.

Powered by Starlink’s global network, the POULSAT Connected Box brings fast, dependable internet to students and teachers in rural communities, enabling digital learning and opening new educational opportunities.

SOLUTIONS FOR CELLULAR OPERATORS

POULSAT is partnering with both the Network and Business Units of mobile operators to expand coverage and strengthen service offerings nationwide. Through the Network Unit, POULSAT delivers satellite backhaul solutions that extend operator reach into hard‑to‑serve and underserved regions.

At the Business Unit level, POULSAT enables operators to launch new revenue‑generating services by providing satellite connectivity where fiber is unavailable and offering satellite redundancy to ensure uninterrupted business continuity when fiber networks fail.

LIPTAKONNECT, STARLINK OFFICIAL PARTNER IN NIGER

LIPTAKONNECT has been appointed the official Starlink partner in Niger, marking a major step forward for nationwide high‑speed connectivity. With a new suite of Starlink‑powered solutions, the company is now delivering advanced broadband services to enterprises, communities, and government institutions across the country.
